Landed with no problems early this morning in Tel Aviv after a long ten hour flight. Ended up being taken to the wrong hotel by our taxi driver. We found this out after waiting in line and searching the hotel computer for over an hour. Turns out...our hotel was right next door! We walked a block and checked into the right hotel and discovered a stunning view from our 15th floor veranda....the Mediterranean Sea...had to share the pic with you all!
After a refreshing shower, and feeling human again, mom and I decided to go soak our feet and search for shells across the road in the great Mediterranean Sea. Temps are in the 70s and beautiful. If this is winter, I'll take it! Looking forward to dinner and a early start....at 5:30 am! Oy Vay!!! Wish we could sleep now...but not advisable if we want to stay away from jet lag the next few days....
Anyone have toothpicks to keep eyes open? Well, off to tomorrow...have a great one all!!!
